Remember boys and girls, there will be times when we feel angry or upset when other people say or do nasty and cruel things to us. It’s easy to want to get back at them or hurt them like they have hurt us, but this really doesn’t help at all. If you ask your FLIPMAN to help you and always aim to always BE the person you want others to be, then you will show how brave and clever you really are. 

FLIPMAN lives within you; he is you! If you listen, he will always show you the way. Remember, he is your very own superhero; always ready to help you. So, the next time you are faced with someone who is being cruel or mean or nasty to you, BE the person that you want them to be and just remember that ...
