The author is a "cum laude" graduate of the University of Virginia and received a master's degree in counseling from Longwood University. She has completed post graduate work at the Medical College of Virginia and Harvard University. The author is licensed as a professional counselor and ANCC board certifi ed clinical nurse specialist in child & adolescent psychiatric nursing.
Mrs. Hundley operates a private practice in Mecklenburg County, Virginia, where she resides with her husband Billy. Her daughter and son-in-law live nearby and have two sons ages 4 and 6.
In addition to writing healing books for children, Mrs. Hundley enjoys the animals that she shares with her husband at the family's farm.
