Health 101

This book is the product of thirty years of research and experience helping people around the world as a missionary and nutritional consultant. Countries where I have lived and volunteered my services include Italy, Spain, Portugal, Peru, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and Brazil. Recently I lived in the Amazon Rainforest where I worked closely with government officials and the indigenous tribes on various health issues confronting the region. It was there in the jungle that I began writing this book.
