He’s My Knight

Hi, I'm Aiula Mayberry, former ice skater, former high school cheer leader, currently wishing she could control zombie legions to make them disembowel her cheating ex boyfriend. Since I can't, however, I'm doing the next best thing: buying a house in the town where my ex best friend lives. I need a fresh start, and that means getting back into ice skating, reigniting friendship with the girl who used to mean everything to me, and trying not to fall for Caleb, her hot contractor cousin, no matter how many times he comes into my house, all sexy, to save me from pushy real estate agents or flickering electric.

There's only one problem with Caleb: he's convinced I'm a liar and a cheater. He can't make up his mind if he likes me, and I can't stop imagining making out with him.

I do my best to mend fences with my friend. I've missed her, and now she's getting married, all I want is to be there for her, but it's rocky with us. I need to prioritize myself, focus on my ice skating and my house. Bottom line, I have to figure my life out. And maybe that means not caring so much what she thinks, and maybe it means staring into Caleb's eyes a lot. But though he's dreamy and sexy as hell, Caleb seems to prefer casual relationships. Then again, maybe casual is what I need right now…
