Not helpful at all!

Im sorry, but this book is nit helpful at all. At least 10 pages are empty or have thanks from the author or index and colophon. Then, the exercises described as preparation are super basic - pushups, plank, sit-ups. Then the book basically just tells you to get up against a wall. I am rather good in calisthenics and I know there are much more and much better preparation exercises than this! also, illustrations are really poor!
