Ikarian Cooking Class

This book is about our remarkable experience of cooking in Ikaria with Diane Kochilas. Each day we met at the beautiful home of Vassilis Stenos and Diane Kochilas to prepare, share meals, and socialize. We learned about healthy Greek cooking from the blue zone island of Ikaria.
