In re Daily

This is a contested attorney disciplinary matter. A complaint was filed against LaVone A. Daily by her stepdaughter, Martha J. Bartlett. After investigation, the office of the disciplinary administrator filed a formal complaint. The panel that heard the complaint found that Daily had violated DR 1-102(A)(3), (4), and (6) (1990 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 165), and DR 9-102(B)(1) and (4) (1990 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 204). The panel recommended that Daily be indefinitely suspended from the practice of law.
