Darla was so happy that Joe made it to her college graduation. He sends her money every month. She didn't get much from her family because her parents thought it was a waste of money to get a degree. Joe took early retirement, bought a boat, and sailed around the world for two years. Darla wondered if he was still interested since she was with Brandy.
