Marriage Thomas A. Snemis

This appeal arises out of a final decree, dissolving the marriage of Thomas A. Snemis (Husband) and Anna M. Snemis (Wife).
Husband appeals the decision of the trial court regarding the property distribution, and Wife cross-appeals on the failure
of the trial court to award maintenance. Husband presents two issues for our review which we consolidate and rephrase as follows:
