This book presents a yet unpublished developments in Intelligence Theory that will make Computer Engineering really an engineering profession. Gone will be the days of thumb rules in designing computing machines. The Intelligence Theory will be demonstrated for other fields such as education and general problem solving. Original articles about Intelligence Theory that were originally published are included and diagrams modified to be more readable in eBooks for quick references. New methods of explaining these concepts of intelligence namely that intelligence is just a resource that is to be used will be attempted for the less academically inclined readers in mind. After reading the main chapters, readers should be able to appreciate that intelligence is just trials and errors. Therefore there is no shame in making mistakes. The more difficult reading and more mathematical descriptions are provided as appendixes for those who are not convinced.
