Mental Health Day

Ethan has found himself in a rut in life. He works at a small town burger joint. He lives with his mom. His relationship has seen its better days. He needs to get away from it all, so his friends Joseph and Shane aid him in this. In Mental Health Day Ethan heads to the lake to try and find some time to think . Joseph is his best friend and the voice of 
reason. Shane is a very specific type of friend.
