Aren't you tired of reading all these self-help books from people that are talking about their past? They talk about their issues from a pedestal that makes it easy for readers to beat themselves up for not already being there, and I don't like that one bit. Hi, my name is Baz Tha Nomad, and this my version of a self-help book. I didn't write this to only help others get over the obstacles in their life; I wrote this to help me with my own obstacles. This book has been my own personal journal where I work my way through my own issues and explain them as they are happening. No pedestal, no sugar-coating, and absolutely no difference between the reader and myself. Most of us go through these topics! I just decided to write my way through it instead of reflecting on my past. This is my attempt of spreading awareness about the importance of both mental health and embracing your individuality.
