Presence

In this age of distraction, PRESENCE shines a bright light on the essential need that we all have to become regularly connected to life in the present moment, in the here and now.

The opposite of presence is absence, and it is an unfortunate reality that the vast majority of people spend more time here than in a heartfelt and mindful connection to their real lives.

Living as we do in a culture that idolizes the mental over the emotional and the spiritual, PRESENCE reminds us time and again where life is really happening, not in a traumatised past that keeps us locked in regret, guilt or shame and also not in any conceivable future that is a figment of our fearful imaginings.

Truth, at any given moment, is only here and now, and PRESENCE is filled to the brim with reminders and techniques for accessing that truth, asserting that anyone who truly wants to can and will become free of the tyranny of their mental constructs. In other words, free from suffering.
