Cole True hates the holiday season because he lost his wife two weeks before Christmas. He’s vowed never to decorate another Christmas tree or even so much as look at another woman. However, when his sisters decide to buy him a gift certificate for Perfect Pairings, he knows he has a fight on his hands.

Hayley Ward runs Rustic Inn, a quaint B&B that’s lacking one thing, paying guests. When Sadie Sutton, president of Perfect Pairings spends some time there she knows she’s found the ideal mate for Cole.

With a little coaxing, and as always, a little magic spell here and there, she encourages Hayley to go look for a Christmas tree in the very lot that Cole is manning one snowy night.
