Responsibility, Deep Ecology & the Self

This book addresses three interrelated themes, responsibility, deep ecology and the self: 

• What is the nature of responsibility, which are its determinants and how can responsibility business practices, behavior and decision making be facilitated? 

• What is the relationship between economy and ecology and how can sustainable business practices be developed? 

• What are the conditions for the self in the organizational life in regard to individual flourishing, realization of the self and promotion of ethical values in the contemporary economic climate? 

The articles reflect key challenges in contemporary business and society and form a mosaic of issues related to business ethics and ethics at large
