About the Author



As an Inner Activism Coach, meditation teacher, and dharma poet, Scott's passion resides in supporting people as they navigate the journey home to their most authentically sovereign selves. He sees this work as less about becoming and more about harnessing the bravery to see ourselves fully and love ourselves deeply.



Having taught meditation and inquiry-based yoga since 2002, Scott has since trained over 500 teachers and has facilitated inner work and service retreats internationally for over 15 years. He sees writing as a form of space holding, a way to peel back the layers of our beautifully messy and sacred humanness as a doorway into the deeper dimensions of Self.
