Rojas v. State

Ricky Harold Rojas appeals his conviction of the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance. He presents two issues on appeal, contending the trial court erred by failing to conduct an inquiry into his competence to stand trial and he was denied effective assistance of counsel through counsels failure to raise the issue of his competency. We affirm.
