Amazing for beginners, good refresher for everyone
Fortunately, I was already doing many of the things mentioned in the book. I found the historical sections and explanations particularly interesting. Unfortunately, some parts felt too descriptive and basic, especially considering that the subject varies greatly from person to person and from one relationship to another. Great book!
