Lucy Clough has three weeks to finish the project that will save her grandfather's legacy — and no time to notice the gorgeous, sleep-deprived single dad on the other side of her studio wall.

Between yoga classes, cartoon reruns, grilled cheese sandwiches, and a deadline she can't miss, Lucy wasn't planning to fall for anyone — especially not a widower with a toddler who's already decided she's "pitty," and a life that's already full.
