In 2014, a group of passionate gym users with different goals had a vision. This vision was to build the next big fitness page, giving: advice, inspiration and gym programs’ to those motivated by the teams’ passion. 


With a mutual agreement from the team members that this vision was not just to focus on one aspect of fitness but many. Here at True Potential Fitness, we strive to improve everything, ‘we want it all’. 


With different training goals and aspirations to where we want to be, it’s important that this program covered our goals. Based in different areas of the UK it is fundamental to lay down foundations so that #TeamTruePotential can still train with the same mentality and in the same manner whether home or away.


We hope you all achieve your desired results from this program, with a strong desire, motivation and mind-set this program and its structure should allow for improvements within you weight lifting and physique.
