Student Authored Textbooks: A Student's Perspective on History

This One Best Thing promotes shifting from a traditional teacher-centered model of instruction to a student-centered one by allowing students to become authors and publishers of their own content. In the process students interpret history, write it from their perspective and publish their own history iBooks textbook with iBooks Author for an authentic audience, not only for their classroom or school, but also for the entire world.
