Recensioni dei clienti
Nothing new and quite chaotic
I liked the 4-hours work week but this one is way far from that level.
The book talks about the dukan diet (low carbs-high protein) and gives you a set of exercises that are mot introducing anything really new. It promises miracles but the truth is it's rewriting well known concepts.
The book is huge and, iny opinion, not structured in a proper way.
The topic is awese, each person in the world would achieve similar results in an easy way but there is no easy way.
Even if this book comes after lots of experiments and tests, what's in here can be found with a google search for free.
