Please, pilots, buy it and read it.
Talking about command upgrade, and how to be a better pilot, can be difficult. We all know it. Sometimes it’s difficult to understand where and how someone can be a better person and a better pilot.
I read few books now about it, and I must say Petr did an amazing job! The way he managed to incorporate real life examples to have a better vision of what he’s talking about really helps you understanding concepts. It’s easy to read and to remember, most probably because this book is from a Pilot, for pilots. That’s what we need!
A must read for every captain and future captain
Focused on many subjects other than company SOPs this book gives a total overview on the “other skills and aspects” needed to become a captain. Definitely a piece of literature that was missing about this delicate subject. Well done!
Must have!
I found this book definitely helpful to shape my upgrade path in the correct way. Aviation sometimes goes beyond a set of technical skills, and this book leads you in the right direction. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience Petr. Waiting for some other publications.
