Gwen Gibbons has done her best, but she can no longer deal with her nightmare of a boss, and she sends her resume out into cyberspace in a desperate attempt to find a job, any job, that will save her emotional well-being.

Jake Mattson can no longer deal with his moron of a supervisor, and he is determined to find a position somewhere else, knowing anything has to be better than what he has.

When Gwen is called for an interview, she is determined to convince the HR director she is the right person for the job. She does not expect to find Jake Mattson, who has also been brought in for an interview.

Gwen and Jake realize they are after the same position, and both are determined to be the candidate chosen.

No matter what they have to do to win.
