F.B.I. agent Joe Valenti and forensic psychologist Vicky O’Connell find another dead body that looks like Vicky. As women die, Vicky’s shocking past is exposed, while the serial killer closes in on her. Joe tries desperately to protect her, but Vicky wakes strapped to a chair in a hotel room.
