When the Clock Tower rings three slow bells, Penny Penguin and her seven friends race to Town Square. A blue ribbon, a trail of straw and a set of wobbly wheel tracks lead them through the market, across Rainbow Bridge and into a forgotten riverside shortcut. Every clue presents a new problem, and every friend sees something different.
