The Muse

A writer seeking inspiration is visited by a girl who exerts a mysterious influence over him, bringing him success and good fortune, but who has unusual qualities. She is not what she seems, and he senses he is entangled with someone who is far older, but who is just as susceptible to human passions that are as dangerous to her as they are to him.
