Cotton Daniels is a Flemish Giant Rabbit shifter on the run from his herd and has been labeled a rogue. He’s been travelling for weeks trying to put as much distance between him and his hometown as possible. On his way to find a council member to plead his case, he hops right into a trap.

Game Warden Everett Michaelis is a black bear shifter who loves his job. He’s just wrapped up a poaching case that got a little too close to home when he gets a call from a fellow sleuth member whose children are screaming about the easter bunny dying. Everett arrives on scene half-expecting to have to put the rabbit out of its misery but instead he gets the surprise of his life.

Can Everett save Cotton from his injuries and his past or will the things Cotton is running from keep them apart?
