This Is Not The End

The ringing of an unanswered telephone. The clink of a dropped spanner. The muffle of footsteps, unidentified in the dark. The flapping of a letterbox. The unsolicited door knock, close to midnight. The wailing sirens closing in on the park. The thud of a back, thrust against a wall.
 

'This Is Not The End' finds Wilf in the North East of England, resuming the journey that began in Croalworth with 'The Broken Bottle' and continued to Ireland in 'How Green Are Your Eyes'. Now a first year undergraduate finding his way in a new city, will the uncomplicated life Wilf dreams of finally edge into view, or will the twists and turns of adulthood throw him another curveball?
