UNPUBLISHED OPINION Jason Clayton Clark unsuccessfully moved to suppress evidence of a marijuana grow operation obtained by law enforcement officers when they executed a search warrant for his residence. In a subsequent bench trial on stipulated facts, he was convicted of manufacturing a controlled substance.
