Gil Dellinger is a renowned artist and teacher of the fine arts. This book is a collection of some of his finest paintings as well as some of his poetry. There is also an interview with Gil by the editor about art in today's world.
Being part of the larger artists’ community is important to Gil, which is why he has been involved with a number of esteemed arts organizations for many years. He is a past president and Signature Member of the Plein Air Painters of America. He is also a signature member of the Laguna Plein Air Association and the California Art Club. He is featured in many books including Art of the National Parks and recently released History of Painting Along the California Coast. He has participated in several hundred one person and group exhibitions since 1973.
He is a virtuoso in may mediums and is considered to be a master in oils, acrylics, and pastels. He has earned a number of awards including the Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine award in the 2016 Laguna Plein Air Invitational.
