The Court having considered the Petitions and the files herein; Now, therefore, it is hereby Ordered: The Petitions for Review are granted limited to the issue whether RCW 69.50.435(a), regarding sentences for drug offenses committed within school zones and certain public places, describes a sentence enhancement or an offense, and if it is an enhancement, whether it applies to accomplices.
