Where The Bells Still Ring

Welcome to Gracetown - where neighbours warm your heart and community keeps you close.

In Gracetown, church, with all its joys and complications, sits at the centre of community life. It’s where the handbell choir rehearses every Wednesday night, and where people show up with casseroles and concerns - and the expectation that someone will notice if they don’t.

Bitsy Mitchell has always been that someone. She has built her life around being the person everyone depends on. But lately the life she helps hold together is beginning to loosen at the seams.

Church attendance is dwindling. Her husband, Jeffrey, has grown increasingly distant. And week after week, a seven-year-old girl named Eden tugs at Bitsy's heart as she's left waiting for her unpredictable mother long after every other child has been picked up.

Bitsy knows how to keep things running smoothly. She's good at it. So why does everything feel as if it’s slipping through her fingers?

Draw up a chair and settle in for a story that feels like home. A story where good faith is paramount and people look out for each other. A story where good things can still happen and where happiness really matters.
