The infamous Weather Chaser is off for his annual appointment to see Mother Nature.  As he looks down upon Lydia's friends playing inside on a beautiful day, he finally sees his chance to seize the seasons away from Mother Nature's care. Can Lydia's bravery in convincing her friends how fun and special playing outdoors is help return the seasons to their rightful place and save all of nature from the Weather Chaser's mean spells?
