The Stowaway Girl

The girl who stows away on a ship is a twenty-year-old called Iris. She wants some time to herself after unwillingly agreeing to appease her uncle by marrying a man aged sixty-eight. Iris meets a young man whom she falls for after her finds her hiding place.


Complications set in following a ship wreck. The story turns more political when Iris and the ship's crew encounter a usurped Brazilian president intent to regain his former position of power.
