I wrote this book principally for some of my massage clients who needed some simple straightforward guidance on how to relax and stop tensing up their muscles. This book is dedicated to all those down to earth hard working types who may never see the inside of a yoga class or open a more advanced book on yoga. It gives enough in as plain English as possible that people with little time can pick from and use what works for them.
