After The Rain

AFTER THE RAIN

Living inside gray clouds
Moistened with my own tears;
Blue skies beyond my finger tips
Lifes storms are brewing here.

Stirring up confusion
And all types of strife in me;
I know theres shelter deep within
So in its refuge I shall seek.

Im merely holding on to it
A fine line that keeps me sane;
Lord, I cant cross over it
Theres joy after the rain.
