In this new edition, we have decided to take a different path to how we write and transmit knowledge and experiences. This new volume is not a technical manual like the previous manuals. Still, it is an explanatory manual based on experiences lived by a group of airline professionals who today form elite crews in international airlines worldwide. They will detail their paths until they reach where they are, they will express their experiences by recommending to each reader the most agile way to achieve their professional goals.

This book is focused on understanding the way to becoming part of an international flight crew, starting from the initial interview in a company, through the entire personnel selection process, the theoretical courses of the plane to fly, the specific simulator instruction, the real flight instruction, the semi-annual instruction, the annual and semi-annual checks, the day-to-day work with all the operational details and many more details to know.

Throughout these pages, each reader will know the experiences lived by our team of pilots, today temporarily writers, who have dedicated their free time to making a portrait of their experiences that we will call "Stories of Success" for this manual to become an indispensable guide for any pilot who wants to achieve the dream of flying an international airline.
