All Chained Up

All Chained Up is part of Victoria Lansford's internationally acclaimed instructional series, Metal Techniques of Bronze Age Masters. Section 1 of the book includes instructions for fusing fine silver and high karat gold links of various diameters, tips on expediting chain making, incorporating charms, and directions for 4 Ancient Mediterranean (sometimes called Loop-in-Loop or Roman) chain patterns: 1-Direction Single-Weave, 1-Direction Double-Weave, 2-Directional Double-Weave, 3-Directional Single-Weave 


Section 2 of the book focuses on Lansford’s own fused chain patterns with directions for creating decorative clasps and 4 Contemporary chain patterns: Undulating Mesh Chain, Vertebrate, Side Weave Mesh, and Crossed Link Chain.
