Among the Arches

When 14-year-old Missourian John Riddell finds a crumbling letter in an old trunk, his father is unable to answer most of his questions about the writer and the people he names. The letter contains a plea for help from an unhappy youth to his grandmother. The return is postmarked Moab Utah.

When Internet searches turn up only a few clues about their distant relatives, the two embark on a trip to Utah both to see the grandeur of Arches National Park and also to answer the question, “What happened to Blaise Riddell?”

This book contains many photos from the national park and surrounding countryside.
