An Unusual Appetite

Janice was an expert house cleaner, so when Cascade Realty needed the big jobs done, they always turned to her. The Old Peterman Mansion, vacant for nearly three decades, certainly fit the bill, and Janice had settled in for a solid week’s worth of hard work. It was questionable whether or not she’d need to eventually hire on someone else to help get the job done in time, but she was determined to at least try and get the place done on her own. Working alone in the big old house was no problem, since empty rooms and cobwebs didn't bother her. Unfortunately, it soon became apparent that she was not alone.
