As I describe in my book, my trip from Nepal to Chicago was a shocking and hard experience, facts which I want to share as part of the lessons learned, among which stands out patience, the virtue that wherever you may go, it will make your journey easier, and the most outstanding: that regardless of borders, countries or places, the most important thing is love.

Love your family, love your husband, love your children and above all, love yourself and you will achieve a strong and solid base to elaborate your future and general well-being.
