Anomalies, a medical thriller with romantic elements
A burned out nurse on a humanitarian trip to the Dominican Republic gets captured by a misanthropic sadistic geneticist who is inseminating surrogates to produce genetically altered children.
The doctor who planned the humanitarian trip and who she believes is in love with her, marries another nurse and never shows for the trip. Her passport is stolen leaving her trapped. She and the children are rescued by an entrepreneur and an enslaved intern.
