The Zurowski affair is apparently over, as dead as poor Jan Zurowski, whose wife Pam was stealing his top secret, groundbreaking research on radar. For Charlie Ellman, cleared of suspicion of having been one of Pams collaborators, life has returned to its customary groove. With an amiable new colleague at work and an attractive new neighbour next door, Charlies life seems to be on the up and up. But Charlie cant quite rid himself of the suspicion that hes still under surveillance, and hes about to discover that the Zurowski affair isnt so dead, after all.
