Curt Munson retired from the Marine Corps following a career that saw him as a combat infantryman in Vietnam, an observer in the Golan Heights, a staff officer in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm and finally conducting humanitarian rescue operations in Somalia.  Munson has been married for over 40 years.  Curt and his wife, Janis, have two grown sons and three grandchildren.  Curt’s previous works include: “Tales of the Wide-A-Wake Cafe” an Oklahoma Book Awards finalist.
