Anna threatened to divorce Marvin if he refused to find them a new home. She strongly felt their current place was haunted by the ghost of their dead son, and she was tired of feeling like he was watching her in the bathroom while she tried to take a shit. "Tried" being the operative word. Anna has never been regular, as she didn't really like to eat anything besides olives and those little White Castle hamburgers. But ever since the death of Sean, she's been blocked up more than ever before. It'd be one thing if Sean's ghost was watching her shit easily, with pride, but to be haunting her while she pushes like she's giving birth to a whale, sweating like a man, making those death-rattling groans and moans - it was all too much.
