Billionaire cowboy Jake Tanner has no plans to get married anytime soon and although he caught a garter at a wedding recently makes him even more determined to prove to his brothers that them falling in love with the first woman they saw after catching a garter is just a coincidence. Besides, he ran into the local veterinarian after catching the garter and she and him are like vinegar and water...they already found out they don’t mix.
