Trapman, Joey and Paris are returned home to Hope only to find that crime once again is running rampant. But this time, 4th dimensional creatures have seeped into their world and increased the havoc. Once again, The Puppet of Pain, Trapman, The Dog with the X-ray Eyes, along with an angel from the 27th dimension, battle it out for the future of Hope.
