Case Study

In the Fall of 2013, Arkansas State University selected the nonfiction book, Zeitoun, as the common reader for the First Year Experience Program (FYE). Students received a digital code allowing each to download the reader directly to their iPad. This was part of one-to-one iPad initiative. This guide presents a case study for using a common reader as a means to launch an iPad enriched learning environment within the first year of college.
