Volumetric analysis technique or titrimetry has been an essential tool for chemists since four centuries ago. The relative simplicity of this type of quantitative method of analysis and the fact that it requires relatively simple and inexpensive equipment make this method a versatile tool of analysis. Despite this simplicity, volumetric analysis required a lot of laboratory skills that far from trivial. This is one of the reasons that encourage me to do this manual in an attempt to respond to the challenges facing education in the twenty first century.
